I would not recommend this business. My experience left me questioning both their professionalism and their integrity. The lack of transparent pricing was a major red flag. Prices are not clearly listed, and it felt as though clients were charged based on how they carried themselves.

What concerned me even more was the environment behind the scenes. I witnessed staff (owners) discussing clients after they left and sharing personal details that had been told to them in confidence. Hearing employees speak negatively about clients was disappointing and made me question how much respect they truly have for the people who support their business.

Professionalism, fairness, and client confidentiality should be basic standards in any business. Unfortunately, based on my experience, those standards were not met. I left feeling uncomfortable and would not trust this business with my time or money.

Terrible experience with customer service and package management. I purchased a package of 3 laser hair removal sessions for the bikini area. Halfway through the treatment, the specialist who was treating me, and whom I trusted for such a delicate area, stopped working there. When I requested a refund for my remaining session, they flatly refused, applying a convenient individual billing formula to avoid giving me anything back. They tried to force me to see staff whose certification and training they couldn't guarantee. Don't risk your health or your money at a place that changes the terms of service and has no business ethics.
They force you to go with untrained staff or they steal your money. Zero professionalism and terrible customer service. 👎🏼 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
They tried to charge me extra for the package because I asked for a refund. They're thieves.

I originally came in for Botox to help with my forehead expressions, and Karen was so knowledgeable and informative that I knew I wanted to come back.
