I went to this place for a Botox treatment with the expectation of eliminating the wrinkles I was told the treatment would address. I paid for all the units they recommended and followed the instructions provided by the establishment.
However, the results were not what I expected. When I complained and explained that I had paid for a treatment that I had been told would eliminate my wrinkles, I was told that Botox was not going to eliminate them completely and that I needed an additional treatment. I believe this information should have been clearly explained before performing the procedure and before I paid, not after I was dissatisfied with the results.
Additionally, throughout the different treatments I received at this location, I developed bruising in the areas where the products were injected, something that had never happened to me with previous treatments.
What was most disappointing was the lack of an appropriate solution when I expressed my concerns. I did not feel heard, and I did not receive a response that showed genuine interest in resolving the issue as a customer.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place. I believe their customer service and the way they handle customer concerns after payment for a treatment could be significantly improved.

Terrible experience with customer service and package management. I purchased a package of 3 laser hair removal sessions for the bikini area. Halfway through the treatment, the specialist who was treating me, and whom I trusted for such a delicate area, stopped working there. When I requested a refund for my remaining session, they flatly refused, applying a convenient individual billing formula to avoid giving me anything back. They tried to force me to see staff whose certification and training they couldn't guarantee. Don't risk your health or your money at a place that changes the terms of service and has no business ethics.

I originally came in for Botox to help with my forehead expressions, and Karen was so knowledgeable and informative that I knew I wanted to come back. I returned for CO2 laser to treat my acne scars and had nothing but a positive experience. The team made me feel very comfortable and accompanied me every step of the way (great communication).
